With Century's Digital Mailroom Solution, your paper mail is securely received at our processing facility by UPS, FedEx or U.S. Postal Service. Our expert team then undertakes the seamless conversion of your physical mail into "digital" mail, which can be instantly routed and delivered throughout your organization utilizing our CenCloud Workflow system. If you only want PDFs of each mail piece, we can do that also, and deliver them electronically so you have the mail fast.

Here's the process, simplified: Your mail is carefully opened, sorted, and scanned by our mail processing document imaging professionals. It is then digitally routed through Century's paperless Workflow to the designated individuals or departments within your organization. Your company's associates can conveniently access the electronic documents by logging into Century's CenCloud platform, where they can review, work on, or forward the documents to other relevant parties. Our CenCloud workflow system allows for both simple and complex workflows, enabling precise control over the document processes from initiation to completion.
